How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6–12 days. A few take up to 17, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email once your parcel is moving. Express is $19.99 and usually arrives in 5–10 days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.99, and free on orders over $35.
What if something isn't right?
Damaged, misprinted, the wrong item or the wrong size: write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a new one or refund you. Keep the first one; there's nothing to send back. Wrong-size swaps are once per order.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has the measurements for that piece in cm and Find my size, which starts from the T-shirt size you usually wear. Kids' sizes go by age and height.
Is the drawing embroidered?
No, it's printed, from the original hand-drawn line.
How do I wash it?
Each product page lists the care for that piece. For most: machine wash cool (30 °C) on gentle, no bleach, tumble dry low, and iron on low around the print, not over it.
Do the kids' and adult pieces match?
Many designs come in both, with the same drawing. The Pair sets put one of each together.
Who is Batce?
Batce is a bat. People ask. She studies water that is just right. Leia is seven and studies cherries. They began as drawings on the back of a science worksheet.
