Terms of service

These terms cover buying from leiabatce.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell. Clothing made to order. Each piece is made after you buy it, which is why production takes 1–3 days before shipping, then 9–14 days in transit with standard shipping. Shipping rates, including Express, are shown at checkout.

Colours and screens. We photograph and preview our garments as truthfully as we can, and we only ever show colourways we actually sell. Screens still differ, so the exact shade you receive may vary slightly from the one you saw.

Sizing. Every product page carries the maker's measurements in centimetres, garment laid flat. Please use those rather than assuming a size — they are the same numbers we use.

Prices. Shown in your local currency and may change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders we can't accept. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or an address cannot be delivered to. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Returns. Covered by our refund policy: 30 days from receiving your item, unworn and in original packaging. Because pieces are made to order, we do not accept buyer's-remorse returns — but if an item is defective, damaged or wrong, write to us and we will make it right.

Our artwork. The Leia & Batce drawings, characters, names and marks are ours. You are buying a shirt, not a licence to reproduce the artwork.

Your content. If you send us a photo or review, you are letting us show it — with credit, and we will stop if you ask.

Liability. We are responsible for the garment we sell you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond what you paid for it.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
