Refund policy

If something isn't right, we send a new one. Damaged, misprinted, the wrong item or the wrong size: write to us within 30 days of delivery at hello@leiabatce.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. Keep the first one; there's nothing to send back.

The wrong size. We'll send the other size once per order. Every product page has the measurements for that piece and Find my size, to help you get it right the first time.

A change of mind. We don't take pieces back, so there are no return labels or return addresses. If you simply change your mind about a piece, it's yours to keep.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of our reply. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

In the European Union you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Write to us at hello@leiabatce.com and we'll arrange it.
