Shipping policy

Shipping

Most orders arrive within 6 to 12 days. A few take up to 17, depending on where you are. Each piece is checked before it leaves, then sent on its way.

Tracking. You will get a tracking number by email once your parcel is moving.

Standard shipping is $4.99, and free on orders over $35.

Need it sooner? Express shipping is $19.99 and usually arrives in 5–10 days. Choose it at checkout.

If you order more than one thing, items may arrive separately. We would rather send each one as it is ready than hold the first while it waits for the second.

Where we ship. Worldwide. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

If something goes wrong — a parcel that stops moving, a package that arrives damaged, a wrong item — write to us at hello@leiabatce.com and we will make it right. Please check your order when it arrives so we can sort out any problem quickly.

Field notes, entry 3: a parcel is a small expedition. Ours travel a long way and are quite brave about it.
